What the manager does

  • Prepares the monthly report: basic on Start, extended on Business and Pro, with a section on the advertising for Pro.
  • On Business and Pro, adds the competitor analysis of the location where it was run in that period.
  • Holds a quarterly consultation with you on Business and Pro to agree the next steps.
  • Answers questions in the dashboard chat within the first-response time of the package.

Limits and honesty

Reports describe the work done and the state of the profile as Google shows it. We do not compare you with other clients, do not invent benchmarks, and do not present Google's statistics as the result of our work.

What is in the basic and the extended report? +
The basic report lists the work done for the location in the period and what is recommended next. The extended report adds the state of the profile, the content and review activity, and a snapshot of the competitive environment.
Where do I see invoices? +
In the dashboard, under documents, one monthly invoice for all serviced locations of the company, with the payment history.
Can my colleagues use the dashboard? +
Yes. The dashboard is for your company, and you decide who from your side takes part. Changes to packages are confirmed by your authorized representative.
Does the dashboard cost anything? +
No. Nothing in the dashboard is paid for separately; you pay only the monthly service packages of serviced locations.
