The volumes are for one Google location per billing month. Unused volumes do not carry over. Extra work is agreed with your manager in advance. The time shown is the manager's first reply, not the moment a task is finished.
We set up and launch Google advertising that can show on Google Maps, write the ad copy, prepare the images, run the campaigns and optimize them every month. The service covers one language. We discuss the materials and the decisions with you, and where an ad needs your approval we ask for it.
The price of Pro covers the work of the team. You pay the advertising budget separately, straight to Google.
Where the ads show depends on the campaign settings and on Google's own rules. We do not promise placement on Google Maps alone.
The best results, and more customers, show after two to three months of regular work, and they depend heavily on seasonality and on the demand for your goods or services. You get a report on the work done every month.

Pay for 3 months of Business or Pro up front and we build you a website on a base template: up to ten pages in one language, with initial SEO optimization and preparation for AI search.
A base template and base features. The build takes three to four weeks once we have every material we need. Two to three rounds of edits are included at launch. When the service ends we hand the website over as it stands. Work on the website after launch, and its cost, are agreed separately. The bonus applies to Business and Pro on a prepayment of 3 months; Start does not include it.

If the service starts in the middle of a month, the next invoice comes on the matching date of the next month. Monthly volumes apply inside the paid period and do not carry over.
Most of the source material comes from you. We stay in touch, check the information and agree the replies to difficult reviews with you.
If you need more than the package covers, we agree the work and its cost with your personal manager before it starts.
We add goods and services gradually. The initial fill is planned across the first three months of service, and how far it gets depends on how much there is and what materials you send.
Access to the dashboard is not charged separately. It holds your locations, the conversation with your manager, the history of the work, the documents, the reports and the invoices. The initial setup of a location is part of the start of its service.
